Job summary

All Locations is seeking confident, experienced male Support Workers to join our Bank team supporting a sociable and independent gentleman who enjoys walks, bowling, and a good chat over tea. The role offers a pleasant location with friendly neighbours and a supportive team, with a variety of activities from walks to shopping trips.

The role requires a male colleague for this gentleman in line with the Equality Act 2010, to support independence, social activities, and a good daily routine,

Qualifications

• Experience with challenging behaviour.
• MAPA & first aid training (or willingness to learn).
• Patience, positivity, and confidence to handle tricky moments calmly.

Responsibilities

• Support the gentleman with walks, shopping trips, and activities.
• Interact to help him maintain independence and a reassuring routine.
• Redirect and de-escalate when behaviour becomes challenging.
