We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the team at Mount Pleasant Supported Housing based in Cheshire, CW12 3EX. The service provides support in the Congleton area to people with complex support needs and provides one-to-one support to tenants living at the scheme, including shopping, budgeting, housing management and socialisation.
Salary £12.60 per hour. Hours: Bank.

About the Role
As a Support Worker in Supported Living, you'll support adults on a person‑centered basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation. From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same.
We are not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we’re more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. Patience, a sense of humour, and a big smile that lights up our service users’ faces are key qualities we’re looking for.
Qualifications
It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on‑the‑job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
