Job summary

Choice Support is seeking caring and hard-working individuals to help people live independently in their own homes and participate in local communities across the East Midlands. You will support daily routines, personal care, meals, exercise and social activities.

This role involves promoting independence and dignity in a home-care setting. Daily tasks include personal care prompts, domestic duties, medication administration assistance, and keeping basic records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including shaving, showering and bathing prompts.
• Domestic duties: cooking, cleaning, shopping and laundry.
• Record keeping/finances/administration of medication.
• Support to develop independent living skills and socialisation in the local community.

Could you support someone to live more independently and do the things they enjoy? We are looking for hard-working and caring people to join our team, to help people be part of their local community and live happily in their own homes.
This service supports 4 gentlemen to develop independent living skills such as improve their personal hygiene, assist with meal preparation, exercise, leisure activities and socialising - the daily routine of regular life.
Daily duties include: moderate level of personal care, including support to shave, showering and bathing prompts, Domestic duties- cooking, cleaning, shopping and laundry. Record keeping/finances/administration of medication.
