Keyline Care in Loughborough is seeking compassionate Support Workers to help adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex behaviours live independently with dignity and safety.
You will assist with daily living tasks, support personal growth, and follow person-centred plans in a friendly team. The role is full-time (36 hours) with weekend and bank holiday shifts.

We are inviting compassionate, committed individuals to join our team of Support Workers in our Supported Living settings. This is a rewarding and meaningful role, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge, helping them lead safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.
You’ll play a vital part in helping the people we support to live with independence and purpose. This includes assisting with everyday routines, building confidence, and creating opportunities for personal growth and enjoyment.
Loughborough
Full-Time (36 hours per week)
£13.50 per hour
Days – includes weekend and Bank Holiday working
