Job description

Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live valuable lives. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.

We operate nearly 200 services across England with approximately 3,500 dedicated staff and volunteers, supporting around 125,000 people annually.

As we integrate two large organizations, some systems and branding may still reflect 'Humankind'. Full system integration is planned for next year.

About The Role
  1. The post holder will work within a team to support individuals or families, aiming to resettle clients into permanent accommodation.
  2. Provide operational support across services in Manchester to ensure efficient service delivery, including handling inquiries, managing records, and resolving issues.
  3. Build strong relationships with accommodation providers and community support stakeholders.
  4. Work with clients with complex needs and adapt to developing service requirements.
  5. Assist with maintaining high standards of service and contribute to operational effectiveness.

Note: Bank workers accrue holiday entitlement proportionally, paid with wages.
