As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of a dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. Your role will be diverse and rewarding – no two days are ever the same!

You'll be:

  • Helping with day-to-day activities like cooking, cleaning, and personal care

  • Encouraging hobbies, interests, and community engagement

  • Supporting people to live more independently and confidently

  • Administering medication and completing daily care records

  • Ensuring the safety and dignity of those you support at all times
