Job summary

Cygnet is recruiting Bank Support Workers to provide compassionate care at Broughton Lodge, a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will cover day and night shifts, delivering physical and emotional support, while learning individuals’ needs and safeguarding everyone in a safe environment.

We are looking for outstanding Bank Support Workers with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Broughton Lodge. This is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and a learning disability who may present with behaviours that may be of concern.

Working shift pattern

Days – 8am until 8pm

Nights – 8pm until 8am

We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration. On site we have a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) who assist and support us to provide outcome based care and support pathways.
