Job summary

Cygnet is seeking an outstanding Bank Support Worker to provide compassionate care at Ducks Halt in Kirby-le-Soken, Essex. You will support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, offering physical and emotional support, safeguarding, and help with daily living.

This bank role offers flexible shifts, ongoing coaching, and employee discounts, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour plus an annual leave entitlement of 12.1%. DBS enhanced check required.

Qualifications

• DBS check required (enhanced).
• Experience in care or support roles preferred.

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Ducks Halt.

Based in the picturesque village of Kirby-le-Soken, Essex, Ducks Halt supports adults who are living with learning disabilities and complex needs, including those who have additional mental and physical health needs, and behaviours that may challenge.
