Job summary

Cygnet is seeking an outstanding Bank Support Worker at Elston House, a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will work flexible bank shifts and deliver enhanced care tailored to each service user.

You will provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, learn about individuals' needs and assist with medical and welfare requirements, while safeguarding and keeping the environment safe and clean.
