Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare Ashbrook is seeking an experienced Bank Support Worker to join our team on flexible bank shifts, including 12-hour days or nights. You will provide physical and emotional support, assist with medical and welfare needs, and help protect residents in our care.

You are an empathetic communicator, work well in a team, and are committed to safeguarding and maintaining a safe, clean environment. DBS check will be required, and training and supervision are provided to help you grow.

You'll be working flexible bank shifts, either12 hour days or nights, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Ashbrook.
