Job summary

Agincare Ringwood is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive in the community. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines and personal care, and help people enjoy activities in line with their interests.

Role requires a valid UK driving licence, and at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK; full training is provided and funded up to QCF Level 5. Competitive hourly rate and pension offered.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Ringwood service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
