Agincare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Dorset service to help individuals live more independently and joyfully within their community. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, and meaningful activities, building trust and lasting relationships along the way.

The role emphasises person-centred care, safety, and promoting wellbeing. Candidates should have a calm, caring approach, driving licence, and right to work in the UK.

Competenze

• Calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn and build trust.
• Experience required.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Who You'll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Dorset service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
