Agincare Rochester is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live more independently. You’ll provide person-centred care, assist with daily routines and activities, and help build confidence and community connections.

This role requires a full UK driving licence, at least 12 months remaining right to work in the UK, and a commitment to training. We offer £13.00 per hour, full training, pension, and a supportive team as part of Agincare’s nationwide care

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Rochester service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
