Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a Bank Support Worker at Gables in Colchester. You will deliver person-centred care to adults with complex needs in a residential setting, providing physical and emotional support and reporting welfare details as required.

Located in the heart of a residential community in Colchester, Gables is a specialist residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each individual's specific need.

Your day-to-day...
