Job summary

Cygnet Longfield House in Clayton, Bradford is seeking a confident Bank Care & Support Worker to deliver outstanding healthcare to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You’ll work bank shifts in a friendly community setting, offering person-centred care and support to enhance independence and safety.

Located in the friendly village of Clayton in the suburbs of Bradford, Longfield House is a specialist residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.

Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do and we are able to meet the changing needs of the people we support as they progress through their care pathway, while ensuring their safety is maintained and their independence supported.
