Job summary

Cygnet Group's Gables in Colchester is looking for a Bank Support Worker to care for adults with learning disabilities. This role involves flexible bank shifts and delivering person-centred support in a residential setting.

Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check. Female applicants or a driver are preferred to meet service needs and ensure safe, consistent care for residents.

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

Located in the heart of a residential community in Colchester, Gables is a specialist residential service supporting adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do, based on each individual's specific need.
