Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living Felixstowe is seeking a Bank Senior Care and Support Assistant to lead a team and provide person-centred care at 14 Montague Road, Felixstowe. You will support independence, handle medications safely, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Personalised approach to care with strong interpersonal skills.
• Recent experience supporting vulnerable people in a similar role.
• Enthusiastic and flexible approach.
• Strong organisational skills and basic literacy and numeracy.
• Understanding of relevant legislation and best practice.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).
