Job summary

Optegra Bradford Eye Clinic is seeking an experienced scrub nurse to join our dedicated team. This zero-hour contract offers flexible shifts and opportunities to cover York and Bowcliffe Hall Clinics as needed.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient care within a multi-disciplinary team, providing ophthalmic diagnostics, pre-assessment and post-operative care. A supportive benefits package and funded training accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Be a Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner.
• Have a current NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions.
• Previous experience in a Theatre, minimum of one year.
• Have knowledge in private and operation settings.

Responsibilities

• As part of a multi-disciplinary team with an emphasis on quality patient care, you will provide the highest standards of care to our patients.
• You’ll work alongside clinical colleagues and optometrists delivering diagnostics, pre assessment and post operative ophthalmic care and treatment.
