Job summary

Integrated Care 24 Ltd. is seeking a Bank Receptionist / Administrator to support a busy GP practice in Herstmonceux. You’ll welcome patients, manage appointments, handle enquiries, and help teams stay organised while maintaining confidentiality.

Flexible bank shifts will be offered to cover service needs, including weekends. Prior healthcare experience is beneficial but not required; the role stresses strong customer service and administrative capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with the public face-to-face and over the phone.
• Good administrative, office or clerical skills.
• Able to stay organised with a varied workload and changing priorities.
• Understanding of patient confidentiality and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and supporting patients as the first point of contact.
