Job summary

Swan House Foyer Southview Road, Basildon, Essex is recruiting a Project Worker to join Sanctuary Supported Living. You will support young people, assess needs, signpost to education, training and employment, and help residents manage daily living tasks with dignity and respect.

Working 21 hours per week at £14.57 per hour, you’ll benefit from a values-driven, not-for-profit environment that reinvests in our people.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable people.
• Positive approach to supporting young people with wide-ranging needs.
• Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Knowledge of support planning, key working, risk assessment and safeguarding.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office).

• Offer advice to help customers meet tenancy conditions

Your role

• Ability to work on your own initiative
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
