Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is hiring a Bank Support Assistant for the Hull area. Based at Westbourne Avenue, Hull, you will help customers build confidence, support daily living skills, manage budgeting and tenancy responsibilities, and work with partner agencies to secure positive outcomes.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and IT skills, with safeguarding checks prior to employment. The position offers flexible hours as required and is fielded by a not-for-profit housing

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT skills.
• Experience in a similar care and support role with vulnerable people.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.

Your role
