Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Bank Project Worker in Bath to support adults with mental health needs. The role involves night security checks, being the first point of contact for queries, assessing needs, and updating support plans.

You will build respectful relationships, liaise with external partners, respond to emergencies, and work independently on night shifts. Right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting adults with mental health needs.
  • Empathetic and able to relate to people with mental health challenges.
  • Lived experience of mental health services is valued.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accurate records.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
  • Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

Responsibilities

  • Carry out security checks throughout the night to ensure safety and peace of mind for customers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries.
  • Assess needs and update support plans.
  • Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity.
  • Liaise with external partners to support confidence, health and wellbeing, and encourage education and employment.
  • Respond to emergency situations and maintain accurate records.
  • Work independently during night shifts.

Your role
