Operose Health is seeking a Bank Practice Nurse in Torquay to support clinics at Chelston Hall Surgery. The role focuses on delivering patient care, managing chronic diseases, and contributing to CQC readiness in a busy primary care bank setting.

Qualifications

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations.
• Good knowledge of the quality outcomes framework.

Responsibilities

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained.
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs and ensure policies are followed.
