Operose Health is seeking a Bank Practice Nurse at Chelston Hall, Torquay, to support clinicians across our primary care network. You will provide care for presenting patients, manage chronic conditions, and contribute to high-quality patient experiences while covering practice absences.

UK registered with substantial post-registration experience, including cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a solid understanding of the Quality Outcomes Framework.

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed
• Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
