Qualifications

• Experience in nursing care within elderly health care sector.
• Ability to lead a team and develop care plans.
• Excellent communication and IT/system literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest possible standards of care, assessing residents' needs and wishes.
• Develop and update care plans to meet needs.
• Oversee medicine management on your shift.
• Build the positive reputation of the service and liaise with visitors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines.
