Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health and care needs and develop care plans.
• Administer medication and monitor responses.
• Provide nursing care including wound and palliative care.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Work within CQC guidelines to ensure high standards of care.
• Contribute to policies and procedures.
• Assist with induction and ongoing training of new staff.
