Qualifications

• Ability to pass safeguarding and pre-employment checks

Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings are safe and secure for residents; liaise with staff to handover information between shifts
• Keep the building clean, tidy and presentable; undertake light maintenance duties
• Engage with residents who may need someone to listen; defuse situations to keep people safe
• Undertake health and safety checks and walkarounds during shifts; maintain professional boundaries with residents
