Job summary

Optegra has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced bank NHS patient services administrator to join our amazing and supportive team in our prestige private Manchester Eye Hospital.

This is a zero-hour contract offering flexible shifts and overtime with an hourly rate of £16. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team contributing to the activity of the Patient Services Team.

Qualifications

• Experience answering high volume calls.
• Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a high pace environment.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise under pressure.
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to act as a resource for colleagues.
