Job summary

Meallmore in Nairn is seeking a reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. You will support chefs with basic tasks, ensure hygiene standards, and help maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Keeping kitchen areas clean and organised.
• Assisting with basic food preparation under supervision of the chefs.
• Unloading deliveries and storing food items properly.
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of kitchen duties.
• Ensuring hygiene and safety standards are maintained.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team. A good kitchen is a clean kitchen, and as a kitchen assistant you’ll be tasked with ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness are the best they can be whilst supporting chefs with basic tasks.

Role & Responsibilities
