Job summary

Go:Be Search Ltd is seeking part-time Flexicare Bank Kitchen Assistants for a Care Home in Coatbridge. Roles run 7 days a week between 7.30am and 7.30pm, with 1 or 2 shifts weekly depending on availability.

You will assist with meals, food prep, and maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control. Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, be flexible to weekends, and enjoy working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible weekends.

Responsibilities

• To help prepare meals under the direction of the Chef.
• Ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are hygienically clean.
• To load the dishwasher and/or wash-up by hand when required.
• Helping the Chef ordering of supplies if required.
• Being fully aware of food hygiene regulations.
• Complying with infection control policies and procedures and following appropriate hand hygiene measures.

Our Flexicare Bank option allows you to manage your own availability when you cannot commit to set hours. Offering you the flexibility to do 1 or 2 shifts per week.

We are currently looking to hire part-time Flexicare Bank Kitchen Assistants to assist with the meals service at our Care Home in Coatbridge working shift patterns over 7 days between 7.30am and 7.30pm. If you are an experienced Kitchen Assistant then we would be very interested in hearing from you.
