Job summary

Doonbank Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, located in Patna, provides personalised nursing and residential care for up to 36 residents, promoting small group living in a warm, family‑like setting. We hold a high standard with a rating of 9.7 and supportive inspections across our services.

As a Care Assistant you will support residents with daily living, follow care plans and contribute to safe, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach required.
• Willingness to learn and develop; training provided.
• Experience beneficial but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and recognise changes to ensure safe, consistent care.
• Work within a supportive team to maintain a warm, positive environment.
• Open to both experienced carers and those new to care with ongoing development.
