Job summary

Doonbank Care Home, located in the heart of Patna, is seeking a Care Assistant to help deliver high quality, person-centred care for up to 36 residents. You will support daily living activities, follow care plans, and contribute to residents’ dignity and wellbeing.

We welcome applications from experienced carers and those new to care, with full training and ongoing development provided to support your journey.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans to deliver safe, responsive care.
