Job summary

Cornish Bakery seeks an experienced Bakery Manager to lead a customer‑facing kitchen and front‑house team in the UK. You will drive exceptional service, coach staff to improve performance, and ensure high food quality and safety standards while meeting sales and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant environments.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
• Food preparation and food service experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Experience in staff training and coaching.
• Ability to manage stock, wastage, and controllable costs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

What we are looking for:
