Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members in our local Co-op store in Holmfirth. You will deliver friendly service, help keep shelves stocked and contribute to daily store operations on the shop floor, tills, and bakery. The role includes weekend shifts and early mornings with permanent part-time hours.

Full paid training is provided, and you will be part of a team that supports the local community and promotes Co-op Membership. 18+ due to early/late hours and potential shift patterns.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service
• The ability to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team
• Interest in retail and a busy store environment (experience not essential)

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service and help keep shelves stocked
• Work with the team to run the store smoothly
• Assist on tills, in-store bakery, and online order picking/packing as needed
• Ensure prices, dates and stock accuracy are maintained
• Keep the store safe and compliant with store procedures
• Promote Co‑op Membership and community involvement
