Wenzel’s the Bakers is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead a busy team and ensure high standards of service. You will help prepare fresh products, supervise daily shop operations and support the Shop Manager in driving sales and managing costs.

We offer a competitive rate of £13.00 per hour for a 39-hour week, with discussions possible for flexible hours. Benefits include pension, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), and staff discounts across our stores.

Qualificações

• Previous supervisory role in retail or food service preferred.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily shop operations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide inviting store experience.
• Receive daily deliveries and manage stock/produce.
• Maintain displays and knowledge of products.
• Prepare food according to company standards.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Open/close the shop as required and run shifts.
• Drive sales while minimising waste and controlling costs.
