Job summary

Wenzel’s the Bakers is seeking a Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise a small team, and deliver excellent customer service in our Camden Town shops. You will prep ingredients, maintain standards, greet customers, and help manage stock and deliveries.

We offer a £13.00 hourly rate, a 39-hour week, and benefits including a pension, 28 days holiday, birthday day off, training opportunities, and staff discounts. Flexible hours possible while driving sales and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service at supervisory level is required.
• Training will be provided including apprenticeship opportunities and career development.
• A passion for food and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure product quality and high hygiene standards.
• Manage stock, deliveries and shop displays.
• Drive sales and minimise wastage.
