Wenzel’s The Bakers is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations across our network in the UK. You will lead a team, drive sales, manage costs and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

The role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 to £34,000 depending on experience. Part-time pro-rata and flexible hours can be discussed to fit the needs of the business.

• An experienced retail manager with hands-on leadership skills.
• Strong focus on driving sales and reducing costs.
• Commitment to high standards of service and store operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day shop operations and drive sales.
