Job summary

FBC UK maintains and optimises the Livingston bakery's production lines, ensuring compliance with standards and driving OEE through rapid fault-finding and proactive maintenance. You will respond to breakdowns, implement improvements and support equipment commissioning.

The role requires a recognised engineering qualification, plus experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will train colleagues and support peak operational demand on shifts.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and rectify defects.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to maximise OEE.
• Train and supervise Trainee Technicians and Apprentices as required.
