Job summary

FBC UK, at our Livingston bakery, is seeking a Team Manager to lead a 3-shift operation and drive safety, quality and cost KPIs. You will alternate between Sunday-Thursday night shifts and Monday-Friday shifts, ensuring strong leadership presence across the site.

You will champion continuous improvement, developing processes, coaching your team, and delivering against budget and customer service plans. Experience in manufacturing leadership & safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or management experience in shift-based manufacturing.
• IOSH qualification or equivalent is desirable, with strong health and safety commitment.
• Food Safety or Hygiene qualification would be advantageous; manufacturing leadership experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift-based team across a 3-shift pattern to meet safety, quality and cost KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational processes to maximise performance.
• Achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets in collaboration with Engineering and site functions.
• Foster a positive culture with clear leadership and regular performance reviews.
