Job summary

Qualifications

• Positive, organised individual with ability to work across multiple lines.
• Experience in bakery or similar production roles desirable.
• Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene preferred, training provided if needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated.
• Team player who leads by example.
• Good written and verbal skills with numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Production, baking and packing of bakery products.
• Work across multiple production lines.
• Set up and run machinery to specifications.
• Accurately complete documents and records.
• Follow Health, Safety, Environment and Food Safety standards and best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and housekeeping.
• Move equipment safely as needed and adhere to site procedures.
