Job summary

Cornish Bakery is hiring a Bakery Manager in the UK to lead a high-end bakery operation, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will embed the High End Bakery mindset, grow your team, and own cost control.

The role offers a £37,000 base salary plus a £5,000 average on-target bonus and a £2,000 retention bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to develop within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, food service, retail, café, bakery, or restaurant environments.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
• Proven track record delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience managing sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.
• Food preparation and food service experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Experience in staff training and coaching.
• Ability to manage stock, wastage and controllable costs.

• £37,000 annual basic salary
• Average on target bonus pay out of £5,000 per annum
• Retention bonus of £2,000 paid in two parts
