Job summary

Cornish Bakery in Guildford is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to oversee baking and food production in a busy, high-end bakery. You will guide the kitchen team, ensure top-quality products, and uphold the highest food hygiene standards.

Full-time and part-time hours are available; training will be provided, and you’ll benefit from staff discounts, wellbeing schemes, a shareholder option, and team events as part of joining our local community bakery.
