Cornish Bakery is seeking a proactive Team Leader in the UK to guide shifts, coach staff to Brand Standards, and ensure outstanding service. You’ll help make great coffee, prepare quality food, and uphold high standards across the bakery.

• Make the most of colleagues strengths and ensure that they are in the right place to maximise sales
