Job summary

The Cornish Bakery is hiring a Team Leader to inspire and support our front-line colleagues across shifts in a busy bakery environment. You will lead by example, coach staff to uphold our brand standards and deliver warm, outstanding service to every customer.

As part of the bakery management team, you’ll drive smooth day-to-day operations, maintain quality and food safety, and maximise sales by leveraging staff strengths while keeping the team motivated and engaged.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail.
• Natural ability to motivate others and lead by example.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A positive, dependable and solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• A commitment to quality, teamwork and high standards.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you'll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You'll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:
