Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service per Menzies and Airline standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Always ensure safety and security are never compromised.
• Check customers travel documentation with ID to ensure compliance with governing bodies.
• Produce rush tags for delayed and on-hand bags to be sent to relevant stations.
• Remain confidential following all GDPR regulations.
