Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or frontline roles.
• Ability to follow safety, data protection and GDPR policies.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction at every step of their journey
• Always ensure safety and Security is never compromised
• Check customers travel documentation together with relevant identification to ensure compliance with governing bodies
• Produce rush tags for delayed and on hand bags to be sent to relevant stations
• You must remain confidential following all GDPR regulations set out to ensure compliance at all times
