Qualifications

• A full five year work/unemployment/education history is required.
• Proof of Right To Work in the UK.
• Aptitude for working with information technology.
• Diligent attention to detail.
• Criminal Record Check and Airside Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as per Menzies Aviation standards and ensure customer satisfaction at every step.
• Check customers travel documentation with relevant identification to ensure compliance with governing bodies.
• Check customers into airline systems and issue boarding passes and bag tags with correct details.
• Assist with general lounge functions, welcoming guests and handling passenger queries or upgrades.
• Manage excess baggage and other ancillary revenue using airline systems, following Menzies cash handling procedures.
