Job summary

Assured Data Protection is recruiting an Account Manager to join our Sales team in a hybrid role covering the Leeds area. You will be the main point of contact for clients, managing service delivery and ensuring value from our backup and disaster recovery solutions.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, generate new business, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and performance targets.

Qualifications

Experience selling backup as a service (BaaS).
Experience working for VAR/MSP.
Willing to commute to vendor offices every two weeks.

Responsibilities

Proactively prospecting and generating new business leads in backup and data protection.
Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to expand the client base.
Conducting needs assessments to understand backup and data protection requirements.
Presenting and demonstrating backup solutions to potential clients and stakeholders.
Preparing and delivering customized proposals and quotes.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Collaborating with marketing, channel and technical teams for smooth onboarding.
Keeping up to date with industry trends to advise clients accurately.
