Job summary

Qualifications

• Backend experience with Ruby and GraphQL.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience with full-stack development.
• Experience writing backend tests (unit/integration) and code reviews.
• Excellent English communication in remote environments.
• Ability to manage priorities and ambiguity, take ownership.
• Experience using AI coding agents to speed up development; production agents a plus.
• Bonus: experience with agent-based workflows in production.
