Job summary

Dunns Foods And Drinks Ltd is searching for a proactive Transport Assistant in Blantyre to support its busy distribution operation. The role involves a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities including debriefing drivers, monitoring KPIs, and providing admin support to ensure excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience in transport is preferred but not a requirement.

Qualifications

• Experience within a transport function preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Debrief drivers daily and capture key delivery information.
• Monitor and report on departmental KPIs.
• Assist with holiday planning and rota management.
• Provide general admin support to keep the department running smoothly.
• Work with sales and admin teams to ensure best-in-class customer service.
